Birth + postpartum Doula

Prenatal Support
We will spend intentional time together before your birth, preparing in a way that feels aligned to you. This includes conversations around your hopes, preferences, and any fears or questions you may be holding, as well as education to help you feel confident in your choices.

On-Call Care
From 38 weeks onward, I am on call for you — available whenever your body and baby decide it is time.

Continuous Birth Support
From the beginning of your labor through the birth of your baby, I remain by your side — offering emotional support, physical comfort measures, and gentle guidance, while protecting your space and honoring your voice.

Immediate Postpartum Care
In the first hours after birth, I stay with you to support bonding, grounding, and your initial transition into motherhood.

Postpartum Follow-Up
A visit after birth to reflect, process, and ensure you feel supported as you settle into this new chapter.

  • Emotional support through the ups and uncertainties of trying to conceive

  • Creating simple, supportive practices that feel aligned to you
